01 Definitions & Introduction
This document forms a legal agreement between the winbf platform and its users. "Platform" refers to the winbf website, all its sub-pages, and related services. "User" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
By accessing the winbf platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
"Bonus" refers to any additional funds or rewards provided by winbf. "Wager" refers to the amount spent on any game or bet on the platform.
Accounts & Eligibility
02 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one account on the winbf platform. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
- Providing accurate name, date of birth, address, and contact details is mandatory.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing passwords is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
- Each phone number, email address, and payment method may be linked to one account only.
03 Eligibility & Age Requirements
The winbf platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or gaming. If it is proven that a user has been using an account without meeting the minimum age requirement, that account will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
- Providing a false age at the time of registration will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.
- winbf may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is complete.
04 Account Verification (KYC)
For legal compliance and platform security, winbf may request account verification at any time. Users may be required to provide the following documents:
- A clear photo of a National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of residence — a utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last three months)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals will be held. All information provided will be kept secure in accordance with the privacy policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
05 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for transactions on the winbf platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
- It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
- Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited. The account holder must use their own payment method.
- winbf reserves the right to hold withdrawals while verification is in progress.
- For any unusual or suspicious transactions, winbf may delay processing for investigation.
06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
winbf offers promotional deals from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
Welcome bonus: New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳54,000.
- Wagering requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you can withdraw winnings from the bonus after placing ৳30,000 in wagers.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.
- Bets placed with bonus funds earn equal wagering points — some games may contribute at a different rate toward the wagering requirement.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
- winbf reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion.
Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities
07 General Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all games and sports betting activities on the winbf platform:
- A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases of technical error.
- If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, winbf will determine the outcome according to standard rules.
- All sports betting markets are for general illustrative purposes — no specific match, date, or score is referenced.
- Game provider rules are final. In any dispute, game logs will be considered authoritative.
- Multiple games can be played simultaneously on one account, though special conditions may apply when using bonuses.
08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
- Placing coordinated bets or using "arbitrage" strategies to abuse bonus benefits.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
- Conducting harmful cyberattacks against the platform.
- Depositing funds into an account using a third party's money.
Any winnings associated with the above violations will not be paid out. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
09 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
winbf may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification or age confirmation.
- Suspicious or unusual betting activity is observed.
- The user requests self-exclusion or account closure.
If a valid balance remains after account closure and no terms have been violated, those funds will be returned to the user. However, any bonus balance will not be returned.
Users may also contact the support team at any time to close their account or take a temporary break.
Responsible Gaming & Protection
10 Responsible Gaming Policy
winbf believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a financial solution. We encourage our members to develop healthy and safe gaming habits.
- You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits — contact the support team to do so.
- If any signs of gaming addiction appear, use the self-exclusion feature.
- When self-exclusion is active, winbf will not send any promotional communications.

12 Limitation of Liability
winbf accepts no liability for the following:
- Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
- A game remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection or an issue with the user's device.
- Payment delays caused by disruption to third-party services.
- Loss resulting from the user sharing their password or account details with others.
- Service interruption due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or legal restrictions.
If a game result is incorrect due to a technical issue, the wager amount will be refunded — but no estimated winnings will be paid.
Dispute Resolution & Changes Policy
13 Dispute Resolution Process
For any dispute or complaint, the user should first contact the winbf support team. The support team will review the matter and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

14 Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions
winbf reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. When changes take effect, they will be published on the platform and a notification may be sent to the registered email address.
- For significant changes, members will be notified before they take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- If a user does not agree with the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.
